This property is located at the intersection of Shannon Lane and Shannon Mill Drive, Lot 1200, Caroline Pines Development, Ruther Glen, Virginia, Reedy Church Voting District. Proposed Variance: A variance to Article XII, Lot Area & Other Dimensional Requirements, to allow a 15’ front setback for a principal structure when a 35’ front setback is required. Purpose: To allow the construction of a single family dwelling that will encroach 20’ into the required front setback.
