The Caroline County Board of Supervisors and the Virginia Department of Transportation will hold a joint public hearing, pursuant to Section 32.2-331 of the Code of Virginia, on the proposed FY 2023-2028 Secondary Road Six-Year Plan and the FY 2023 Secondary Road Construction Budget on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 beginning at 7:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) in the Community Services Center Auditorium, located at 17202 Richmond Turnpike, Milford, Virginia. The Secondary Road Six-Year Improvement Plan represents the County’s secondary road improvement priorities through the year 2028. The FY 2023 Secondary Road Budget represents the first year of the Secondary Road Six-Year Improvement Plan.
