TXT-13-2020:  An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by Amending Article II, Definitions to  repeal the definition of “Commercial Kennel” and add definitions for “Commercial Kennel-Indoor” and “Commercial Kennel-Outdoor”.

TXT-14-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by amending Article IX, B-1 Business, Section 2, Uses Permitted by Right to  add paragraph 32 “Commercial Kennel, Indoor” as a permitted use in the B-1 Zoning District.

TXT-15-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by amending Article IX,  Section 3, Uses Permitted by Special Exception to add paragraph 22 “Commercial Kennel, Outdoor” as a use permitted by Special Exception in the B-1 Zoning District.

TXT-18-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by amending Article II, Section 2 (Definitions), to add the following definitions related to Major & Minor Solar Energy Projects:  Decommissioning; Development Area; Photovoltaic; Major Solar Energy Project; Minor Solar Energy Project; Natural Areas; Rated Nameplate Capacity; Registered Landscape Design Professional.

TXT-19-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by Amending Article IV (Rural Preservation), Section 5 (Special Exception Uses), by adding Paragraph 40, Minor Solar Energy Project as a use permitted by Special Exception.

TXT-20-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by Amending Article XV (Supplemental Regulations), Section 8 (Development Standards), to add Paragraph V. The purpose of this amendment is to establish Development Standards for Minor Solar Energy Projects.

TXT-21-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by Amending Article XV (Supplemental Regulations) by adding Section 23 (Solar Energy Overlay District (SEOD)).  The purpose of this amendment is to 1) establish the boundaries of the Solar Energy Overlay District; 2) establish General District Standards for Major Solar Energy Projects; 3) establish Design and Development Standards, Setbacks, and other regulations related to development of Major Solar Energy Projects within the Solar Energy Overlay District, and 4) establish Major Solar Energy Projects as a Special Exception Permit Use in the Overlay District

9. First Reading - TXT-22-2020 - An Ordinance to Amend Article XV, Supplemental Regulations, Section 3

TXT-22-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by amending Article XV (Supplemental Regulations), Section 3 (Exceptions to Height Requirements).  The purpose of this amendment is to clarify and revise the height exceptions of Section 3, which are applicable to aspects of principal structures necessary to meet operational requirements and are inapplicable to accessory structures.

TXT-23-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by amending Article XV (Supplemental Regulations), Section 15 (Highway Corridor Overlay District).  The purpose of this amendment is to 1) add Paragraph 15.2.10 to include Interstate 95 within the HCOD District Boundaries and 2) modify Section 15.6.4, Lot and Other Dimensional Requirements to establish a minimum setback for all structures abutting Interstate 95

TXT-25-2020: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of Caroline County by amending Article XV (Supplemental Regulations), Section 8.B (Development Standards for Communication Facilities). The purpose of this amendment is to update the development standards for communication facilities in accordance with Virginia Code § 15.2-2316.3, et seq. (Zoning for Wireless Infrastructure)  and to amend the height limitations.
