About the Program
Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC), in conjunction with other Touchstone Energy cooperatives around the country, has developed the Co-op Connections program to deliver greater value to members and promote participating businesses. The program benefits REC's members by offering valuable discounts, and all active members automatically receive free Co-op Connections cards. When they show the card at any participating business, they receive a discount.
