Yoga - Gentle Flow

Description: Through joint loosening and breathing techniques, participants will learn how to manage stress, relieve anxiety & depression and relax the mind and body.

Thursdays: Caroline Community Center (BG) Mornings from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Fridays: Ladysmith Community Center (LS) Evenings from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Cost: $5.00 per class
