Youth Drama Camp

Drama Club is designed for students interested in learning more about the different aspects of theater. Students will learn the basics of stagecraft, along with self discipline, the importance of hard work, creativity, imaginative play, listening and observation skills, and self confidence. They will enjoy the rewards that come with working together to achieve a common goal.

These summer camps are designed to be an introduction to our drama program. A Drama 101 Class. Each 2 week session we will work on learning fundamentals of the stage, playing improv games and acting out short skits. While it is designed as a 101 camp, there are many opportunities for seasoned drama students to grow their skills. At the end of each session we will perform 2-3 short skits to show off what we learned.

Drama club is open to everyone who wants to participate, no drama experience is necessary. Children must be able to read and write.
