The Applicants have submitted a site plan for approval creating a new entrance to

serve both 17431 and 17453 Jefferson Davis Highway. The existing entrances will be

removed.

There is a rezoning (RZ-02-2019) associated with the entrance improvements.

The Applicant has submitted an early grading plan for review & approval to comply

Macedonia Road (adjacent to 5547 Macedonia Road), Port Royal Voting District

Applicant is seeking Preliminary Plat Approval to create two single family dwelling lots (10 acre & 21 acre.)

Planning Commission Approval is required - scheduled for the September 26, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting.


Case SP-06-2019: Dawn Community Bakery

The Applicant has submitted for approval, a site plan for required improvements at the

future Dawn Community Bakery. The Board of Supervisors approved rezoning the

property to B-1, Business at the November 15, 2018 meeting.


Case SP-05-2019: Verizon Wireless – Lake Caroline Cell Tower

Tax Map #67-3-4B, 19443 Jefferson Davis Highway (Vision Baptist Church)

Mattaponi Voting District.

The Applicant has submitted for approval, the site plan for a 190’ monopole cell tower

and associated ground mounted equipment. The Board of Supervisors granted a special

exception permit to Verizon Wireless for the tower at the March 12, 2019 meeting.


Case SP-04-2019: Maple Grove Subdivision

Tax Map #52-A-55, 56 & 57; 7092 Durrette Road, abutting the YMCA

Madison Voting District.

The Applicant has submitted for approval construction plans for the site development

of 19.9 acres for a 72 lot Active Adult Community. The Board of Supervisors approved

rezoning the property to Planned Residential Development at the January 22, 2019

meeting (RZ-04-2018 – Durrette Subdivision).

A preliminary plat must be approved by the Planning Commission prior to issuance of a

land disturbance permit for site work. To date, a preliminary plat has not been

submitted.


Case SP-02-2019: Verizon Wireless – Lake Land’or Cell Tower

The Applicant has submitted for approval, the site plan for a 190’ monopole cell tower

and associated ground mounted equipment. The Board of Supervisors granted a special

exception permit to Verizon Wireless for the tower at the January 8, 2019 meeting.



Case #SB-01-2019, Pendleton - Tricord, Inc. Applicant

Tax Map 52-A-80; 80C; 80D; 80E; 80F; 355 Acres total – 97 acres to be developed.

This site abuts the existing Pendleton Development on the west (continuation of Edmund

Pendleton Drive.)

Zoning was approved in December, 2000 for Planned Mixed Use Development for 3,508

units of which 180 lots have been platted to date; 174 units constructed/under

construction to date.

Applicant is seeking Preliminary Plat Approval for 704 lots to include 318 Townhouse Lots

& 386 Single Family Dwelling Lots.

Final Plat Approval for Section 1 - 50 Lots.

Land Disturbance Permit has been issued and site work has commenced.
