Warmer Weather Favored
This Spring by Web Voters
After one of the coldest winters in Caroline County history, web voters say warmer weather is what they looked forward to the most with the coming of spring.
In an online poll taken March 18 through April 2 that attracted 125 voters, 62 percent of web voters said warmer weather is what they wanted most out of the coming of spring. Gardening finished runner-up by receiving 22 percent of the vote and spring cleaning received 10 percent.
Rounding out the list were playing sports with six percent and kids' school activities with one percent of the vote.
Visitors to the Caroline County government website, www.visitcaroline.com, are invited to participate in web polls regardless of whether they are Caroline County residents or not. Only one vote per visitor is requested.
