Caroline's Waste Water Treatment Plant
Utility Extension Information and Application

The Caroline County Department of Public Utilities provides a variety of services to assure that residents of, visitors to, and those who work in Caroline County, are provided an enjoyable and safe quality of life. The Public Utilities Department currently provides the following services:

• Water and Sewer service in the Ladysmith and Carmel Church area of Caroline County and water service to the Milford area of the County.



• WATER OR SEWER PROBLEMS: If you experience difficulty with your water or sewer service, call the following numbers for assistance: (804) 633-4390 – Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. (804) 633-4357 – Nights, weekends and Holidays.



• WATER OR SEWER BILLING QUESTIONS: If you have a question regarding your water or sewer bill please call the following number: (804) 633-4390 – Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.



• WATER AND SEWER AVAILABILITY: All questions as to the availability of water and sewer service should be directed to the Public Works Office at the following number: (804) 633-4390 – Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.
