Caroline County Community Services Center
The Caroline County Community Services Center holds the main branch of the Caroline Library, Parks and Recreation, Fire/Rescue and Emergency Management, Department of Social Services, the Health Department which also includes the Caroline Dental Health Program.
The Caroline County Board of Supervisors hold their meetings in the auditorium.
The county's emergency operations center is located here and the rooms (and auditorium) can be reserved (if not in use) for events. Located on the lower level of the facility is the Lloyd Boxley Center. This area is primarly used for RAAA meetings and gatherings, athough it can be reserved as well.
